Packed fruit goes straight into our own cold rooms on site, so cooling starts within minutes rather than hours.
Forced Cooling
Fruit is brought down to its target temperature under controlled conditions before it is loaded.
Container Sealed on Site
Containers are packed and sealed on the farm. The fruit is not rehandled between our cold rooms and your port.

Ports and Logistics
We ship mainly through Walvis Bay on the Namibian coast, and also through Cape Town depending on the destination and the shipping schedule.
All of our export logistics are handled by Transworld Cargo (opens in a new tab), our affiliated company within the Transworld Group. That is a practical advantage for our customers: the people moving the fruit and the people growing it answer to the same organisation, so scheduling, documentation and problem-solving happen inside one chain of responsibility rather than across two.
Transit time to European ports is around 21 days by reefer container, with the cold chain maintained throughout.
Packaging
We pack to whatever format your market requires, including private-label packaging carrying your own branding.
Because we pack in the field and seal containers on the farm, packaging decisions are made before the fruit is picked rather than after. Share your specifications with our team early and we will confirm what we can deliver for the coming season.
